“I wanted to tell Mr. Brent and his team Thank you!!! I had a door handle to break and I could not get in my vehicle from the outside. They replaced my door handle with a better quality handle than the manufacturer and charge 58% less than the dealership and I was in by 8 they had me on my way before lunch. “I called the shop to see if he would check out a used car my daughter was interested in buying. He went above and beyond over the phone giving me advice, looking up the vehicle to see it's maintenance, gave me his opinion based on what he saw and what i knew about the vehicle.
Even though it meant he would lose what I would have paid him to check out the SUV, he was honest and talked me out of even bringing it in to be looked at based on what he knew about that particular model (eg junk and we'd be sinking a lot into it with repairs). He also told me it was over priced (which I already knew but I had been figuring it was so the used car place had wiggle room for negotiations, however I didn't realize it was that much over priced).
Based on this experience with him, giving me advice that meant he wouldn't be making any money off of me, it is my belief that he is trustworthy. If I lived close I'd use him to repair my car.”
