“Although I didn’t have an appointment, one of the technicians urged the service advisor to slide me in because there were open stalls and enough time before the next scheduled appointments. The service advisor acknowledged he was fairly new, but was positive and very kind. The technician informed me that I was able to make appointments on the app and the advisor said I could always call to schedule. I appreciate good service, especially having to fit me in.”

“I stopped by after having a blowout on the interstate. They didn't have the tire in stock that I needed but they called around and found one at a shop a few miles away. The lady inside offered to go pick it up for us because we couldn't get going without it. Definitely will be back if I'm in the area again.”
“Justin and the entire team at OK Auto are top notch! I purchased a 2022 BMW X7 engine for a great price. Justin set me at ease and happily sent me many photos. They worked with me on payment options. This was a very expensive used engine and I felt confident dealing with OK Auto that they would honor their warranty if it came down to it. Fortunately, the engine was in great shape and runs perfectly! The engine was shipped fast, securely and all openings were plugged to prevent anything from entering during transit. I needed an extra part that they had but wasn't included with the engine and Justin was quick to ship it out to me at no cost. Truly a great experience! Happy to deal with them in the future.”

“I got a 2018 honda Civic from them, a lovely car. I'm glad I got it. Test drove it, it was nice didnt hear anything wrong with the car. But a massive 3 baseball sized hail hit the windshield. We got it fixed. The only problem was the week before it had hailed, and half the cars had hail damage. Including mine but only on the left side of the car. Other than that, he dropped the price cause it had hail damage, and I'd say we got it for a pretty great price. We got the car around june-july? I'm not sure but since then it has no problems and works perfectly fine! And Barry was extremely nice to work with! Highly recommend for cars In a affordable budget!”

“Today my boyfriend had the misfortune of having a blowout on I-55 between Terry and Crystal Springs. While on my way to help him, I passed Lewis Tire and Auto, knowing we didn't have a jack nor 4-way, I stopped and asked Mr. Johnny if he had one we could borrow. I left him a deposit, and they loaded the floor jack and 4-way. It took about an hour to return after changing the tire, I got my deposit and returned the tools. I am so thankful for the kindness of strangers. This is definitely a business I would trade with. Thanks again.”
