“My only complaint was the bathrooms were trashed, there was several rolls of tissue still - I know it was a crazy busy day for them being tax free weekend, but it's not too hard to send someone to just pickup the toilet paper wrappers that people throw on the floor.Service was great, lots of lovely ladies running the dressing rooms today and they kept them cleaned out and the line moving. Checkout was super fast too.”

“This is my favorite store. My husband gets his hair cut every other week and I walk over to it fashion and get me a new outfit and jewelry for church and I think the workers are the sweetest. Now that it is spring I can’t wait to see what kind of dresses they get and their prices are awesome”

My daughter found a skirt that she loved but the only one left was on the display mannequin. I asked the lady working if we could buy it and she said absolutely! “I go for the deals. Not for clothes but toys that I collect, weird food items, coffee cups, and cooking gadgets. Oh and the weird furniture. You know when you arrive they will be understaffed and the place will be messy. Occasionally they will say hi and that happened for the first time the other day of which i was pleasently suprised. This is a discount place. Expect it.”
“I recently took my niece shopping for clothing. She had no idea what size she was and Sarah kindly assisted us with trying on roughly 30 items. She was so sweet and extremely helpful, as she helped us search for age appropriate clothing. I had no idea she was brand new to AE until the very end. I ended up purchasing many, many items, which I never would’ve bought had Sarah not been involved with our interaction. As someone who is self-employed, I am well aware of how important having a great staff can be. Sarah is the definition of “Southern Hospitality.” Without her help, I would’ve walked out of the store without a single purchase.”

“Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!”
