“The first time I went the lady helped me find the correct section of shoes I was looking for. I had to return those shoes and get others. But that was because those shoes just didn't agree with me at work. 60 days is a long time to be able to return shoes. I'm guessing they will take them back only if lightly used, which would make sense. Definitely found my shoe place.”

“Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!”
