“This place is fantastic. They have lower prices than anywhere in town on name brand athletic gear and clothing. My kids love coming here. The sign on the door says they will price match lower prices you find. I have not tested this out, but I did ask the staff who confirmed it was true. Its always clean and organized and well stocked even the shoe section. The parking lot is huge. I happily did a lot of the kids' school clothes and shoe shopping here!”

“Rarely do I feel the need to compliment a retail store but just let me say that the Carters store in Tupelo is top notch. The manager and staff are amazing. “Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!”
