“I ordered a new sectional on Labor Day weekend and it was delivered today. I am so so pleased with it. Sheila, the salesperson who helped me with this purchase, was very professional and thoughtful through the whole process, keeping me updated as to the manufacture and delivery. The 2 young guys who delivered were very professional and personable. They did a great job maneuvering my complicated winding staircase front steps and placing the new furniture. Sheila also helped with the pillow fabric and fabric I used to recover some older wingback chairs. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process! Thank you Room to Room!”
“To say this was a stellar shopping experience for a recliner would be a vast understatement! My husband was in need of a recliner upgrade from one purchased several years ago from a “big name brand store”. Said recliner was nice…however…what we purchased from LQ was more economical, locally manufactured, and 10x better quality!!! The LQ Homestretch Brand recliner is super comfy, supportive, and you can actually lay back flat! Not something the more expensive name brand recliner could supply! The transaction was: the easiest I’ve ever experienced, fast, and Heath was a super knowledgeable sales associate that took care of everything! The transaction wasn’t: high pressure sales oriented, constant salesperson following us around, or rude delivery people. And speaking of delivery— same day, setup, cleanup, and above and beyond customer service! Run and tell everyone..LQ treats you like royalty and family!!! Their marketing, products, and business mindset are what we need more of in Tupelo!”
