“Purchased a mattress here today! Amy was fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable and patient! I tried out about 8 different mattresses…3 times each. Amy answered all my questions and was super helpful!!”
“Prompt professional service and delivery. Chris and Channing were super-polite and professional. Hit our furniture loaded and placed quickly and efficiently! Wish I had a sixth star just for them.”
“We loved our visit ! I enjoyed see the many interesting items! I bought myself a soap dish for my Almond soap! I saw lots of great potential gifts for most any occasion! I will be back!”
“I’ve lived in Tupelo 37 years and had not ever visited PHI until today. They had my fabric I wanted in stock for 40% off. Nickey was extremely helpful in educating me about various options for drape headers and other things.”
“Loved that they had an option available for me to finance a mattress and box spring just starting out with beginner's credit. Low monthly rate and love the customer service. I've almost paid mine off and plan to go look at more furniture available after. I'd recommend them to anyone.”
“The new location has elevated the shopping experience at Keep It Casual. We love all the products for outdoor spaces as well as numerous gift options for our friends and family. Customer service is exceptional from everyone in the store - they truly work with you to find exactly what you want and need at Keep It Casual. Very, very well done.”
“100% the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. The staff were so helpful and polite, and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. And right now they have a sale going on, $100 off for every thousand you spend: so a full bedroom set was easily within my budget! Highly recommend!”
“My experience was several years ago, I’m sure they remember me! I gotta say they have patience. I bought a bed, couldn’t sleep on it. They let me return bed, ok so I get bed #2, could not sleep on that either, would you believe they let me return bed #2 I’m pretty sure it was the 3rd bed I purchased finally made me happy! They stood by their word. Now I’m needing bed for daughter….she won’t be as picky, still young! Definitely recommend those lovely ladies.”
“I was visiting Tupelo and ran into this hidden gem! The store is very well put together and has a ton of great finds. The prices were really great for the level of quality we got. If I was back in town I would definitely stop by again.”
“Had a great experience with the sleep number store in the mall at Barnes crossing. Scott Griffin was our salesman. He greeted us as soon as we came through the door. He was very thorough and explained every option and every detail. Was only wanting to look and get something later on but he sold us immediately. Scott Griffin was great in all aspects. Can’t wait til our new bed arrives! Thanks Scott!”
“So very lovely always to do business with you! You’re always so gracious! I got my church painting today and I so love it! It loves so beautiful hung in my room!! Thank you for sending it packed so well! You will be hearing from me again soon! Thank you!
Love,
Harriet Howard”
“Who doesn't like to save money. I got a suit in my size for $7. Many other items to be found there. Will always come back. Came back and again, who doesn't like saving money. Got a new like shirt for $5. Come on y'all, if you read this review, come on down and save some money 🤑”
“To say this was a stellar shopping experience for a recliner would be a vast understatement! My husband was in need of a recliner upgrade from one purchased several years ago from a “big name brand store”. Said recliner was nice…however…what we purchased from LQ was more economical, locally manufactured, and 10x better quality!!! The LQ Homestretch Brand recliner is super comfy, supportive, and you can actually lay back flat! Not something the more expensive name brand recliner could supply! The transaction was: the easiest I’ve ever experienced, fast, and Heath was a super knowledgeable sales associate that took care of everything! The transaction wasn’t: high pressure sales oriented, constant salesperson following us around, or rude delivery people. And speaking of delivery— same day, setup, cleanup, and above and beyond customer service! Run and tell everyone..LQ treats you like royalty and family!!! Their marketing, products, and business mindset are what we need more of in Tupelo!”
“The people were very friendly, but they didn't have what I was looking for. They have some nice furniture at good prices. I have purchased items from them in the past, and I was pleased with my purchase.”

“Elated with the service and desks from OFW! Great price, too. Michelle did an amazing job evaluating my needs and offering options. The furniture had to be ordered which took only 2 weeks. The delivery and installation team were timely then quietly and swiftly had the furniture installed. Will definitely use Office Furniture Warehouse again!”
