We end up doing the pickup and install ourselves. Their contractors were too busy to install and put us calender for 2weeks b4 getting to us. So we hired one ourselves and had it done.

Don't expect the best customer service. Just get the app. It's five star. You can look up exactly what you want and it'll tell you where it is !

Well the ones that were there were a lot of help, but I needed someone for home kitchen counters ,and none was there.
