“We were on a trip in our RV and had stopped overnight in Vicksburg. I was having a problem with one of the AC circuits & determined the breaker was faulty. After going to Home Depot & looking at breakers with no one in sight to help, we gave up, but on the way out asked a one of their employees at the front of the store if he knew anything about breakers & he said no, but suggested Haden Hardware. We went there, two men were at the front desk, I showed them the breaker and they immediately recognized it and handed me a new one which I purchased & installed. I certainly miss this kind of knowledge and service and fervently hope that all the privately owned hardware stores can remain in business!”
