“We were on a trip in our RV and had stopped overnight in Vicksburg. I was having a problem with one of the AC circuits & determined the breaker was faulty. After going to Home Depot & looking at breakers with no one in sight to help, we gave up, but on the way out asked a one of their employees at the front of the store if he knew anything about breakers & he said no, but suggested Haden Hardware. We went there, two men were at the front desk, I showed them the breaker and they immediately recognized it and handed me a new one which I purchased & installed. I certainly miss this kind of knowledge and service and fervently hope that all the privately owned hardware stores can remain in business!”

“I had an amazing experience today at the Vicksburg store. Outstanding support from multiple employees and management. In no particular order, they were all customer friendly and very professional. Finnikka showed great leadership and knowledge in her position while Shayla, Chris, and Lakeisha went above and beyond to make my stressful day a lot easier. Thank you all. Great team!!! Update.....after several days waiting on order from vendor, Asst Store Manager Ryan and Austin literally took over the process to assist me in getting my order. I have confidence in their efforts. I'm very frustrated with delay but things tend to work out when respect is maintained in tough times. Again, great team!”
