Update.....after several days waiting on order from vendor, Asst Store Manager Ryan and Austin literally took over the process to assist me in getting my order. I have confidence in their efforts. I'm very frustrated with delay but things tend to work out when respect is maintained in tough times. Again, great team!”

“My great grandson and I went to Home Depot this afternoon looking for a special item. I was looking at the item I went after when he said he couldn't get an item we had bought just 15 minutes earlier at McRaes to work. Well, I decided on my item and we went looking for my lightbulbs. We met another employee and he asked her if she had a screwdriver. She told him no but asked why he needed it. He showed her the toy and she asked if she could help him. They took off and I found my lightbulbs and went toward the front to wait on them. Y'all, there were 4 people helping him before they got it going. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!
