Verizon provides very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service. The staff is proficient, patient, and helpful, with great customer service that is always spot on. They are knowledgeable about offers, phones, and discounts, always trying to get as many discounts as possible. Customers report nothing but good experiences, with staff skillfully multitasking even when busy to resolve problems efficiently. The service is consistently impressive, leading customers to highly recommend the store and happily return for future service, including adding new lines. Many continue to deal with them for years due to the reliable and great assistance.
Go see my Verizon guy Darius in Vicksburg, Ms. He is amazing. I live near Shreveport La and I try to hold off until I can make the trip to Darius for service, sales and upgrades. Kudos Darius!

Stopped by the store on my way traveling for business. Asinia aka Double A was very helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Fixed a glitch in my phone. Device is rated a 3/5 compared to nearby agency. Bill is too expensive. General knowledge is a 3/5. I don't receive answers to direct calls to fam and unsure why those incoming calls aren't ringing.
