“I decided to upgrade my phone after Christmas. The first time I went in I sat with Jacob Wren and he helped me order a phone as there were none in stock. After I received my phone, I set up an appointment with Jacob. I was seen promptly at my 2pm appointment. I gave everything to Jacob and he proceeded to set up my new phone, transferring everything from my old phone. Put my shock cover I purchased along with a screen protector on. He showed me a few things that were new on the IPhone 17 since I replaced my iPhone 7.
