“I travel a lot, and this is the third t- mobil in as many states that I have asked for help trying to turn off Google access / permissions to my photos. Yet they continue to take copies of my photos and are threatening to block my email if I don't pay for more storage... even though every permission and backup seemed to be turned off. The lady here at this location is brilliant! She was finally able to solve the problem and blocked Google photos completely... finally!!! “I decided to upgrade my phone after Christmas. The first time I went in I sat with Jacob Wren and he helped me order a phone as there were none in stock. After I received my phone, I set up an appointment with Jacob. I was seen promptly at my 2pm appointment. I gave everything to Jacob and he proceeded to set up my new phone, transferring everything from my old phone. Put my shock cover I purchased along with a screen protector on. He showed me a few things that were new on the IPhone 17 since I replaced my iPhone 7.
I rewarded him for being so thorough and patient. Excellent customer service he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks AT&T I'm finally a little more up to date.”
