“One of the very few ‘small locally owned’ pharmacies left. Every single one of them are ALWAYS kind and will go the extra mile if something is needed. Everywhere else is a 2 hour wait, and if you are a waiting customer, you’re in and out in 15 mins tops. I don’t like corporate pharmacies, it’s never the same. With that being said, you would think other pharmacies would have a cheaper price having so much business. Every thing I get filled there is cut at least in half compared to other places.”

“At this CVS I have been waiting three weeks on a call in prescription from my doctor. The reason I was given why I had to wait was because the prescription was expensive. These people don’t know how much money I have. If my prescription is 1.00 to a 1000.00 dollars just fill the prescription. I am upset because of the run around I was given. From not having a prescription to the cost. I had gone up there three times before I was informed why it wasn’t called in. I can afford the medication and it is not up to the people working in the pharmacy to judge whether I can afford the medicine. I am really upset because how many people do they pick an choose who medicine to call in. This CVS is in Memphis Tennessee on Elvis Presley. They judge who can afford their medicine before they call it in”

“CVS is the comeback kid!! I could buy everything in CVS that I could buy in Dollar General: makeup, socks, shampoo, candy, and ice cream. It was actually comparable in price. Zero aisles were blocked, and they were all stocked.
Also, a new self-pay system has been installed. It's great. You can scan your CVS card or enter a telephone number on the touch pad with your fingertips. It scans wells. You can pay with multiple ways with a card, cash, Zelle, (I forget)... I paid with cash, and the machine accepted the cash easily. The machine can email the receipt or print it (That's a nice change from the past).
Another new change was being greeted by a very kind front manager.
CVS has now become my neighborhood store!”
