βPeopleβs Custom Rx has been a Godsend to me. In the spring of 2024, my rat Minnie was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor that affected her balance and movement. She was literally falling over, and because of wobbling back and forth, she was having trouble drinking from her water bottle. My vet chose to treat her with a drug called cabergoline, which was hard to find locally. But Peopleβs carries it. Minnie started on it in May of 2024 and immediately stopped falling over. The only clue that she had a brain tumor was a slight head tilt that was barely noticeable. She became a happy little rat again: active, with a good appetite, playing with her cage-mate, showing affection to me, and just generally enjoying life. She remained stable for 9 months β a huge amount of time for an animal that only lives 2 to 3 years. She made it all the way to 2-1/2 years old. So she got to be an βold ladyβ (not that you could tell, because she was always so active and playful). Thanks to Peopleβs and cabergoline, she literally got her life back. And I got to enjoy her company.
You wonβt find a nicer group of people than the staff at this pharmacy, from the head pharmacist on down. Theyβll cheerfully answer every question you have, and if you have any issues, theyβll work with you to resolve them. Theyβll listen with true interest and caring as you describe how their prescription is helping your animal β even if your animal is just a little rat. I canβt recommend them highly enough. Thanks, Peopleβs, for everything you did for Minnie!

βAwesome service, fast cheap and reliable. Better than the big pharmacy companies. Also family owned which makes me more comfortable where I pick up my prescriptions.β
βMy husband and I had to get gas today and stopped at Sam's Club Gas Station. There were long lines but we really didn't have to wait very long. Apparently this place is very popular. Thanks, we appreciate being able to fill up our vehicle. The man that worked there was very nice and kept the place moving along in an orderly manner.β
βAfter letting our mbrship expire yrs ago, I let my husband talk me into joining sams again. We normally go to this location (But they need one in Millington/Tipton County!!) And our experience here has always been good, and we love the self ck out option. Every time we come here we have to eat- last time we got 2 big beef hot dogs, 2 big pieces of pizza, a 12oz frzn yogurt and two BIG drinks (with free refills) all for 9.00!! It is always SO good, and shopping on a full belly keeps us from buying stuff we don't need. ? I came up with about 25 items we buy on a regular basis, and on 22 items, sams beats wmarts price.β

βI love Christy the lady pharmacist on staff. Also, the ladies that work with her. The pharmacist that is the man is the rudest person I have ever met in healthcare. I have held my tongue many times but today was the straw that broke the camels back. CVS and Target need to train him on customer service and how to treat people. He is never helpful and gives short one word answers. Today I asked him questions about the difference between two different cold medicines and his answer was βThey are just different medications.β When I pressed him on the matter and tried asking differently he didnβt even look up from his computer and again gave a very short and unclear answer. If it werenβt for Christy and her ladies I would leave CVS!!! Christy however goes above and beyond every single time I am in there. I canβt say enough good things about her.β

βWent grocery shopping with my daughter it was very busy!!! While she was shopping I did some food sampling. I tasted the Jimmy Deans breakfast delight sausage and eggs wrap. It was hot ? fresh, but I didn't care for it, but the person serving it was very nice. Also I tried the bagels? with country crock spread and it tasted great!!! My daughter use the app and self checkout. It was a great visit.β
βBest little pharmacy in Downtown Memphis. Honestly, if you are tired of the big pharmacy headache and live downtown...conside the short walk for way better service.β
βI dont know what business some these crabby people visited.Sounds like they were having a bad day and took it out on the pharmacy staff .The staff members filled my prescriptions fast and I was on my way in no timeβ
βIt's an inconvenience to have to keep going to the window/booth to get a receipt. I've been going for the last 3 weeks and each time I have to go to the window to get a receipt. They should monitor this better.β

βCompare this Walgreens to the one at summer @ Perkins. They had selections of stuff not everything was picked through. Meaning you did not find a lot of empty packages from theft.β
βTruly grateful for Highland Heights Pharmacy. The service here is like no other place I've experienced. My medication is always in stock and Suzane makes every visit worth the drive. I was in search of a local owned pharmacy because I didnt like the long lines and wait times at Walgreens. I highly recommend visiting this pharmacy if you are in Memphis.β
βIt's completely different very secure well organized, neat, and clean. Everyone were very friendly and helpful to my needs. I was in and out no line no wait at customer service.β

βNeeded quicker help from management to get the lines down. Six deep at a single checkout and no one called for 5 minutes.
Outside of that, the store was clean, well lit, well stocked and the team was nice.β

βParking lot always has space. Has a police camera unit, and 24/7 security onsite. The Kroger gas station at this location has the cheapest 87 octane gas in town, in 2025 as cheap as 2.19, currently 2.39. Store is clean and organized well. Employees are respectful and professional. Hot whole chickens every day for under 10$ itβs like a 5lb chicken amazing deal, a few times a month they have hot ready to eat ribs for under 15$. This is what Memphis is about. Fantastic grocery.β
