“People’s Custom Rx has been a Godsend to me. In the spring of 2024, my rat Minnie was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor that affected her balance and movement. She was literally falling over, and because of wobbling back and forth, she was having trouble drinking from her water bottle. My vet chose to treat her with a drug called cabergoline, which was hard to find locally. But People’s carries it. Minnie started on it in May of 2024 and immediately stopped falling over. The only clue that she had a brain tumor was a slight head tilt that was barely noticeable. She became a happy little rat again: active, with a good appetite, playing with her cage-mate, showing affection to me, and just generally enjoying life. She remained stable for 9 months – a huge amount of time for an animal that only lives 2 to 3 years. She made it all the way to 2-1/2 years old. So she got to be an “old lady” (not that you could tell, because she was always so active and playful). Thanks to People’s and cabergoline, she literally got her life back. And I got to enjoy her company.
You won’t find a nicer group of people than the staff at this pharmacy, from the head pharmacist on down. They’ll cheerfully answer every question you have, and if you have any issues, they’ll work with you to resolve them. They’ll listen with true interest and caring as you describe how their prescription is helping your animal – even if your animal is just a little rat. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks, People’s, for everything you did for Minnie!

“After letting our mbrship expire yrs ago, I let my husband talk me into joining sams again. We normally go to this location (But they need one in Millington/Tipton County!!) And our experience here has always been good, and we love the self ck out option. Every time we come here we have to eat- last time we got 2 big beef hot dogs, 2 big pieces of pizza, a 12oz frzn yogurt and two BIG drinks (with free refills) all for 9.00!! It is always SO good, and shopping on a full belly keeps us from buying stuff we don't need. ? I came up with about 25 items we buy on a regular basis, and on 22 items, sams beats wmarts price.”
