The club is alway clean/maintained/up-to-date, offering a great variety of options at various level. No scales and no shame.. Moreover, it’s the people that make this place such a healthy revitalizing place. Destiny, Aidan, SJ, and Jazelle are our people at this club that go out of their way to make us feel personally welcome, happy to be there, and energized for any level of workout the day offers. “On vacation and came across this gym. Hands down the best gym in the area. It’s very clean, separate rooms for different styles of lifting whether it’s powerlifting or body building, plate loaded or cable. It has everything. Workers were very welcoming and made it a great experience. If you’re in town, this is the gym to go to.”

“I’ve been a member for almost two years. Positives are management is very friendly and keeps the place clean and appears to really care about the business. Fair price with a no contract option (month to month). Tons of equipment- free weights and machines for Circuit training.They have a separate workout room for ladies if they don’t want to workout in the main area. And offer classes like spinning and yoga Large pool for laps and classes.It’s an older facility, so it’s got a little wear and tear. I’m sure there are gyms with newer equipment and such but I think a good gym is the overall package - people, facilities, equipment, etc. Some of the treadmills and elliptical type equipment have seen their better days - but usually can find one that all the bells and whistles (like heart rate monitor) is working.Overall, I would rate it as a five for the people and customer service and a four for the equipment, etc.I would recommend you check out Coast Family Fitness if thinking about a gym.”

“It is so convenient coming here and the people are wonderful. The gym is family owned and they care about every person that comes in. They even have martial arts classes here so I'm able to workout while my child does her karate class! It's a win win!”

“My stepson and I visited this gym on the way to Gulfport for my youngest son’s baseball tournament while he was on leave from the military. The staffed hours were closing soon so I gave the gym a call to make sure someone would be in so I could purchase a guest pass. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful, she explained to us that we could take our time getting there because she had some work to do around the gym. She let us in the gym when we got there, and actually blessed us with a complementary day pass. I was totally ready to pay, but you could just tell that this was a great community gym. If I lived in the area, I would 100% a membership. The equipment was top notch as well!!”
