“Purchased a dishwasher on the website and paid for haul away of old appliance. The delivery crew dropped the new appliance off and told my with "we don't do installs" and left. The did not haul away the old appliance as they were paid to do. They'll take your money and refuse to provide the service you paid for.”
“I want to recognize Kevin in the Lawn & Garden Center at the Waveland Store! What an exceptional job he does with customer service. Something you don't often find these days. He actually approached us while we were looking at hightop patio table sets. He had overheard me say, "we'll have to look at HD too." He dealt with that comment both professionally and humorously. Fun to witness. Kudos to him. Because of him I will be ordering our set from Lowe's!! I'd give Kevin a bonus and use him as a great example to other employees.”
