Additionally, products tend to be consistently located in the same place which makes shopping for everyday needs easier. I recently placed an order with the Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory, and while everything arrived quickly and well‑packaged, I noticed that one of the tins—the Sriracha Cheese Straws—had an incorrect “best by” date. I reached out to the company, and the level of customer service I received was truly outstanding.
Patricia responded to my email almost immediately, followed up with a voicemail, and clearly explained that the date stamp had been applied in error. She confirmed the correct date, reassured me that the product was still perfectly good, and—without me even asking—shipped a replacement tin the same day.
Just a couple of days later, the replacement arrived along with a thoughtful surprise: complimentary samples of their Sea Salt cookie and lemon straws. This kind of proactive, warm, and generous customer care is rare these days, and it absolutely made my day.
The products themselves are delicious, but the service is what will keep me coming back. Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory has earned a loyal customer through their responsiveness, kindness, and commitment to making things right.

“Oh my goodness I was so impressed with this little gem. My nephew recommended after eating here and he was spot on. Take it from a true steak snob and carnivore that was the best steak I’ve ever eaten. Beautiful cut, seasoned to perfection and delicious to the last bite. Fried portobello mushrooms to start us off were also a home run! If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth a visit. Quaint and homey place with amazing staff and food! Definitely coming back to test some other menu items!”
