An additional purchase-
Today I walked in and bought a “garage refrigerator”. As usual, the staff was amazing. Looked at their inventory online and narrowed down to two preferences. Walked in, purchased refrigerator and set up delivery in 15 minutes. Great customer service.
PS-the new KitchenAid double oven-5 burner stovetop is just incredible. Thank you Harres staff for providing great furniture and appliances. I find what I am looking for every time. The delivery crew is wonderful and great to work with!”
“This was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing appliances. Let’s start with the staff. They went above and beyond to answer questions and really highlight the features of everything I looked at. Never pushing to show something out of my budget. The next best thing was the prices. I found their prices were in line with other places having big holiday sales, some models even priced less than other places. The showroom is nice, clean, and even kind of cozy. I even came back multiple times after shopping around and each time they were smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there helping me. Their commitment to the customer really shines. Jason even called a few weeks later to see if we found what we needed. And I told him we did at Pease Glass in Indiana . They offer replacement glass for your front door and side lights which updated our 30 year old door to the farmhouse look..Everyone at Arnold Missouri is very helpful.”

Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. “This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”
