The employees at both branches are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Their online banking and mobile app are easy to use and always accurate/up-to-date. If you want big banking experience with suits and ties, do not go here. If you want relationship banking with a small town feel, go to Century. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Alliance credit Union branch that I go to is located in the old Firemen's credit Union on Fyler Avenue just west of Macklind. It's very easy to get in and get out, I go inside and they know me by name which is unusual for most banks nowadays. The service is always very simple, friendly and most of all always accurate.”

I am a 76 year old retired postal worker that worked in IT in that building. I had not been down there since the pandemic in 2019. “Always friendly and helpful. It's one of the few places I go regularly that I see familiar faces working. I love how first community has fun events that they post online, for example, the Halloween costume contest or Christmas decorating contest. The rates are always very competitive and I love earning interest on my checking account!”
“Originally, played a lot of phone tag with Vicky who told us we had to wait 30+ days to take care of a shared account matter that she said we would need to check back every 4 weeks to rectify - What a hassle! Came in the next day to discuss something different and Jamil who completely took care of everything right then & there, no waiting at all - what a relief! Makes me wonder what Vicky was up to!”

But it works everywhere else, like the SLC cu on Chippewa.PLEASE REPLACE THE ATM with the new updated version like they have at.Chippewa. “Vahida is a top quality branch assistant manager. She very patiently helped me work through a very tricky billpay/bill-direct & ebills issue: I was slightly frustrated with (not StlCCU but) BOA card, when I was able to sit down with Vahida. I had spent by then over 10 hours in 8 or 9 calls on the phone to my BOA credit card, all in trying to simply set up monthly statement ballance payments from my STLCCU account. She discovered an old address discrepency that was definitely helpful in the resolving process.Later another day I stoped by and was able to sit with her when I was close to the end of then 12 to 13 in total added hours on the phone with BOA! Fortunately she was a voice of sanity in helping me clarify banking terms when I kept getting differing definitions by BOA's customer service reps with every call.”
“I am not one to give reviews lightly. This place has been dragged repeatedly so I'll give my experience. I've gone inside twice and been treated with kindness and respect. One time to get a cashier's check. My service was quick and courteous. The next when the ATM ate my card. I had a new card 20 minutes later. Just my experiences, but I highly recommend.”
