“Anna at this Gravois Bluff’s location is genuinely carrying the company on her back. I was getting so bothered that Verizon was absolutely no help with activating my cellular plan. I had spent HOURS over the course of THREE DAYS, navigating MyVerizon, on phone calls with Verizon customer service, and visiting other Verizon locations. I walked into this Gravois Bluffs location hopeless, until I sat down with Anna. By some miracle she was the one and only person to fix my problem. Not only that, she resolved my issues all while assisting a lady next to me, sitting on the phone with other verizon representatives, and answering questions from her colleague. At one point I saw her with 5 phones at once and somehow had everything down to a science. And it’s not just me, a few weeks ago my dad gave this location a try after having dreadful experiences every other location. Anna was his SAVIOR. He came home raving about how amazing she was. So naturally, when I came home explaining how this angel got all my problems fixed, he immediately assumed I must’ve been talking about Anna. CUZ SHE. IS. THAT. GOOD.”

They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!!
