“After 3 shops in the last 13,000 miles and none of them fixing the problem, including 1 that provided an inspection just 2,500 miles ago, our check engine light came on & the truck was running horrible . It seems we were only charged outrageous fees & we experienced a lot of frustration. We were referred to BGM after we decided to have OReillys provide us with the codes being shown, most would cause failing on an emissions test for inspection. We brought the list of codes to BGM explaining what we had experienced at other shops. We were desperate to get this truck fixed . They had it for 1 day. They found the problem, a fuel injector, and the price quoted on the phone was exactly how much I paid. We are so grateful to the guys here. While they could've run us through the ringer like other shops had done & never fixed the problem, they didn't. The trucks running great!! I'm very happy with BGM. Thank you”

“This is a very honest well ran company that cares about customer service ! Went there two different times with batteries I bought from them for my side by side and my pontoon boat. They were both dead after the winter. They could of sold me new batteries twice but instead were honest and told me they had plenty of life they just needed to be charged slowly which they did for me .. I had used a charger but mine was not strong enough to bring it back to full charge. Will not buy my batteries from anyone else !”

It was obvious that what was there was in pretty good shape. I took it to Russells auto repair and he did a cheap fix on the existing tailpipe and off I went. I appreciate their honesty, thank you”

“Rented a 5x8 uhaul trailer from here and the gentleman who helped me was great. He helped me hitch up the trailer and gave me some pointers on hauling it long distances. The guy even went the extra mile with my own vehicle. The tail light cables weren’t set up on my SUV and he helped me install a new connector, which for me would’ve been a real chore. Overall, great service. Definitely, recommend it.”

“i have had horrible experiences every time i have needed to buy a car until i met john , he knows cars like no other dealer out there . i dont know a good car from a bad car , but i do know if john is selling it then it has a very good chance of lasting forever . just recently bought second car for my daughter from him , never again will i car shop anywhere else . he may be the only dealer that cares about his customers from what i have seen . i know he has another job besides the dealership , so its not about making money for him . he says he finds cars to sell to help people . he is not your normal car dealer . i drove away with a cheap price on a great car .”

“Had a walk in appointment at the Tire Choice off Richardson road in Arnold Missouri and talked to Gary Daniel and told him I need a mid price highway tire and pointed me to the Kelly Edge Touring. And they were the lowest price around. Asked Gary when could he have it done and he said an hour. He called an hour later and told me that they tested the alignment on my tires for free and said I was due for one. Told him to go ahead and said 20 minutes. So for 4 new tires and an alignment it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes. And they did a fine job.”

“Over the past several years we have had several cars repaired by 5 Star Auto Body/Caliber Collision. Tracy and Ryan have both been excellent to work with. They are great with communication and dealing with insurance companies. Their work on all 3 vehicles have been top notch (tree fell on one car, front end of Jeep ripped off and repair to roof of truck). If we need body work services in the future, we will use their services once again!”
