“excellent service i was having trouble starting my truck for months had the battery and the alternator checked at several places many times they all said my battery and alternator were good so i had to jump my truck almost every time just needed a little more power so the jump instantly worked every time. so the gal at O'Reillys hooked it up and checked my battery and alternator and did more thorough check and said the battery and alternator are both good but the cold cranking amps were a little low and that will make it not have enough amps to start
she gave me a new battery and i never had another problem again starting my truck after all those months of grief it was finally fixed”

“Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on.
Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash).
He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before.

“I needed a battery for a very old APC UPS. The original battery was long gone. I brought it into the store and a very helpful employee (I wish I'd gotten his name) worked with me for a good 10 minutes to find the right battery. He tried more than one to find the biggest one that would fit. You can't get that kind of service buying from Bezos' place! I have two other similarly old APC UPS devices so when their batteries die, I'll be back. I know some people replace the whole unit when it starts beeping but you can just replace the battery and save $30.”
“Mark Ellis batteries was awesome. Had a dead battery on my car. After two trips to AutoZone and they could not figure out what was the matter with it I took her to Ellis batteries. Diagnose the problem as about battery. Technician mark replaced it within 30 minutes of me being there and gave me a great deal on the new battery.
