828 Arnold Commons Dr, ArnoldI took my 2 small dogs to be groomed today . Their books didn't show that I had an appointment but they groomed my dogs any way. They did a fantastic job. My dogs Winston and Teddy were very happy when we picked them up and not stressed. It was their first time at Petsmart. Wonderful staff in all departments. I definitely will be back to have them groomed .

I was finally fed up and asked to get someone else to help me. Reluctantly she asked the manager in duty Steven after I asked several times to call someone else for help. Steven was fabulous and went way overboard to help me out, thank you Steven!

Today.. 12/21/23 my husband took Wally and our Shih Pooh who’s 6.5 months old and the Both look Amazing!! Her prices r so much better than the rest also!

I was brushing her/picking out her hair clumps EVERYDAY and not to mention how hot it has been, my golden was miserable and i could tell. I posted in my subdivision page and every single person recommended Alex and her wife, so i messaged her and we got an appointment set up immediately. They worked with my time and fit her in quickly. They were fast and efficient and let me say I HAVE A WHOLE NEW DOG! I can tell she’s happy, not as hot!!! They did everything from ear cleaning to cutting her the way I wanted!! 10,000% recommend them and there services. They even have cute bows and bandanas ❤️ go here, you and your pup won’t regret it
