What we love about Lola & Penelope's is everything from their wide selection of Fresh food like Portland Pets and A Pup Above, to their top-notch customer service!! We love Lola's frozen treats, like the Bear and the Rat, their amazing spa services which are affordable and have a calming effect on your dog while getting groomed!! Michelle, the owner, has an abundance of knowledge of the pet industry, grooming, and products. She will even text with you about any questions you have, which sets her apart from most pet stores!! The stores are unique and easy to find what you are looking for. We always give them a 10/10 and will always choose them!! The events in-store are SO fun and introduce you to the products you didn't know you needed!! We LOVE LOLA's!!! ❤
