“I recklessly let my brand new Citori MaxTrap fall out of my safe, unquestionably my own fault. I was prepared from that experience to pay a heavy price for that, broke the forward end of the stock off on one side. I shipped the gun here and patiently waited for the bill before return shipping occurred. The gun was returned well before the projected date, and for whatever reason, Browning had mercy on my soul. The gun was perfect, they replaced that beautiful wood and returned it at no charge. This is unbelievable customer service and I want to shout that out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Browning. Dan W.”
