Walgreens is a 24-hour store located in a good area, known for its clean environment and well-stocked shelves. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and do their best to assist customers, which many reviews highlight as a positive aspect of the store. Customers appreciate the pleasant interactions and the effort staff put in, especially during busy times. The store offers convenient services such as flu vaccines and COVID booster shots, often at affordable prices, even for those without insurance. Customers generally find the process quick and efficient, with some being in and out in less than an hour. However, the store faces challenges with staffing. It is often overloaded and understaffed, leading to long wait times, sometimes up to 25 minutes in line. Customers feel that management needs to address this issue to better support staff and improve the shopping experience. Additionally, there are some logistical problems, such as difficulty finding in-stock items due to LCD displays on ice chests and issues with COVID testing procedures. One customer experienced frustration with the inability to correct a name on a COVID test report, which resulted in a retest and extra waiting time. Despite these issues, the overall impression is positive, with many customers grateful for the helpful staff and the store’s cleanliness and accessibility.

yeahhh these guys are brutal - they are like negative help + you have to hear "we're sorry, our staff is answering other calls" like every 15 seconds - changing locations.

I have been waiting to talk to a pharmacist for 25 minutes and even told twice that I was being transferred by "Jessica". This is a ridiculous lack of service. I suggest using a different pharmacy. Thomas O'Connor DMD
