The staff at Arco is helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly staff have taken care of equipment even if didn't purchase from them. Excellent service and back their work. Employees are second to none. Best place in STL to purchase equipment and receive service. Great experienced team and knowledge of equipment. Bought on Saturday and delivered on Monday. Excellent people from sales to delivery driver. Highly recommend. Greatest times with getting small engine plate paired. Everyone was a true professional.

I had a small problem with piece of equipment that was purchase at Arco last year. It took a few operating hour to show up It was a manufacturer defect. The store manager Kathy, made sure everything was handled properly. Customer service, after the purchase is what sets a good dealership apart from the big box stores.
