Joe Summers is co-owner and has 25 years of experience in the pond field. Joe is a Horticulturist by training but developed a love for water gardens while working at Missouri Botanical Garden. His focus at the Garden was the giant Victoria Water Lilies. His studies took him to the Amazon Rainforest and even produced the only hybrid Victoria in Missouri Botanical Garden history; aptly he named it Victoria ‘Adventure’. Joe has served as President of the St. Louis Water Gardening Society and currently is the Societies Historian. Prior to Chalily’s creation Joe was Vice President of Anjon Manufacturing.
