“Kevin and Scott were absolutely amazing and were able to fit me in last minute. I needed my drivers side mirror replaced and I had brought the exact part for my car from the Toyota shop. I came here to save some money on labor and time because Toyota was outrageously priced. Unfortunately Toyota also seemed to give me the wrong part that didn’t fit my car so when Scott went to install it it didn’t fit. Despite having done the work to remove my door panel and the old mirror to prep for installation as well as putting it all back together they way it was they were extremely understanding of my situation and didn’t charge me for the labor since I didn’t get a part installed. Even though it wasn’t their fault most shops would not be so kind. If I wasn’t in a tough spot financially I would have paid them for the labor regardless but I am so so grateful there are people in this industry that care about there customers. It’s a rare thing to find and I hope this review helps others see the kind of people here at this shop. If I lived in the area that would immediately make this my go to shop.”

“My wife and I have a 2003 GMC Savana full-sized conversion van. The transmission was slipping for a while and less than a week before we were planning to go on a family vacation, there was a clunk and it would not engage reverse. We had it towed to CP and were not surprised to hear the tranny needed to be overhauled. They weren't able to promise that the work could be completed before we left for vacation, but they said they understood our situation and would try their best. Amazingly, they performed a complete rebuild and had our van back to us in plenty of time to test it out on our trip to the lake. The price was competitive and included a warranty that shows they have confidence in their work. Everything performed smoothly on our trip and beyond. We are very happy to have been referred to this shop by Roy's in Manchester. We highly recommend CP Transmission for their great service and high quality work.”

I appreciate everything with all the options and opinions was so helpful making sure customer services is definitely a #1 priority making sure when a customer explains of the issue is being heard was very important to me to taken action in resolving the issue. Made my welcoming relaxed and comfortable to know the company cares about your concerns and not all about the money. Making sure the issue of the problem to not have as much worries. It took one phone call to show how independent with the positivity with manager has spoke his greatness of details was awesomely explained with supportive kindness.
