They have the most outstanding teller! She's wonderful.... And Chris and Wil make everything manageable!!”

“I am new to Ballwin and asked for a bank reference to open a new Checking account. US bank was suggested to me and I drove to the nearest branch at the Twin Oaks Schnuks Office. Without making an appointment. I was promptly greeted by the Branch Manager Mohamednasr Alashari who answered all of my questions with no hesitation and had my new Checking account up and running in a few moments. He showed me how to set it up and use it's features. He even went so far as to give me a temporary debit card that I could use in Schnuks to do some shopping. He also expedited my permanent debit card to arrive in 4-6 days. I received it 3 days later via UPS. What a Great experience. Can't say enough about Ballwin so far and USbank. For a lot of Chinese immigrants, they always struggle with language on financial issues. Miss Chen provides a lot of help on communications. every time I came to this branch, Ms. chen always has the most beautiful smile on her face working hard for clients. Besides her, manager Cherry is very nice too. Recommend this location to any people who only speak Chinese.”
