“I visited the branch this morning to obtain a new debit card as mine was accidentally sent to an old address (my fault). The manager greeted us at the door and sat us down with Joel. Both staff members were very personable and helpful. They had patience and understanding of my autistic child. I cannot put into words how amazing the whole experience was. I rarely have good customer service this day in age. The staff at this branch really went above and beyond to help me. They also very quickly helped me open a savings account and allowed me to do it remotely knowing my daughter only had enough patience to sit there for a short time. I live about 45 minutes away from this branch but it will always be worth my drive! The service was impeccable!! Thank you Joel!”
