“I highly recommend Phone Geeks for iPhone repairs. I depend on having my phone for my work, 12-hour shifts, so I was frustrated when my iPhone 12 Pro Max battery started dying after only 4 hours. I had a great experience at the Kirkwood location! Mackenzie helped me spiral bind my large reference manual, and she went above and beyond. Because the book was so big, she thoughtfully split it into two separate volumes and added protective covers to both sides of each—making it much easier to use. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Mackenzie and the other friendly team members in the print area. Excellent service from start to finish!”

I thought it was a little out of scope, but I contacted Austin because I was having issues with outlook and calendar sharing. “I'm the dirt bag that shows up 5 mins before the store closes. Sadly I do this all the time. I paid for my stuff online and was picking it up in store the same day. I arrive at 7:55 to find the doors (more like windows) are no longer open but the employees were still inside. Long story short- even though the store was closed, I managed to find the phone number and call them. I was able to convince the workers to unlock the doors, let us inside, and I got my order that night anyway; after showing a valid photo id order number QR code etc. I'm glad they made sure they weren't giving my stuff to the wrong person! 5 stars for making an exception for us. Basic human decency goes a long way with me. Thanks guys.”
