“'Been a customer for quite a while, and am never disappointed with the high level of service. These guys know what they're doing, and are easy to deal with.Only one issue (and it's not the store's fault) ... the Handicapped parking spots are not anywhere near the actual store fronts where they should be; and people with a disability have to walk (or "roll") all the way across the parking lot to get to the stores. I guess that the owner of this strip mall never heard of the ADA.”
“I spoke with Ben today from the store management. He was EXTREMELY helpful and made sure that my concerns were properly dealt with. He helped to find my rebate amount, refunded it to my card (kudos for this btw), and also offered to personally escort me through store when I came back in the future. Also, he noted that he would look into the issues related to the 2 employees mentioned in my review. For the management alone, I highly recommend. Will be back in the future.”

“I recently signed a contract with Clayton Computer to manage computers in my office. I thought it was a little out of scope, but I contacted Austin because I was having issues with outlook and calendar sharing. (yahoo is hosting my web and email, and they don't play nicely with outlook). It's been a problem for me for a few months now... I've been printing my calendar when going to appointments because I couldn't see my outlook calendar from my cell phone and ipad. Chris”
“I placed an "order by 5pm and get today" order with $4.99 delivery charge.I wish they would have called me when they were out of one of my items, super high-yield printer ink. I would have asked them to substitute high yield. The ink was the only thing I was in a hurry for. I ordered two more things because American Express would have given me $15 back if I spent over $100, but I didn't reach that amount without the ink.I was initially glad to see a $10 coupon with my order, but then I noticed it had expired four days prior. They sent an expired coupon!My order included a card "Let us know how we did today" with a QR code. So, I typed up the above complaint. The QR code leads you to a site requiring a receipt code. I do not have a receipt code, just an order number.ONE STAR for this experience, but I'll rate it four stars because other experiences with the store have been fine.”
“Just had our new whirlpool refrigerator delivered and although time will tell if the frig is everything we hoped, we wanted to take the time to compliment the delivery/setup young men. They were polite, careful, and thorough in getting the refrigerator in the house (even taking the front door off its hinges) and when installing the frig in a very tight space. No scratches on our wood floors or to any walls nor to our new fridge. We appreciate the great job they did when we know it isn't always easy to find good help.”

“I'm going to give a four stars because well guy there was pretty meticulous and how you went through people's phones and pretty much let them know what was going bad we just sat in the other and I didn't know they were that complex but anyway I make a long story short he still didn't give the guy you know whose phone was messed up full replacement due to the fact that it was a Apple's fault and how they placed the antennas inside the sides of the phone so anyway make a long story short I don't know if dude you ever get his phone fixed or whatever but I found it very crowded”
