“I went there to get fountain sodas and gas while I was out today. The fountain Soda was not very good. I was gonna take off a star for that but I didn't because I don't know if it is common for the soda to not be good. This was the first time I've been to this gas station. The store looked clean. The service was fast. The employees were friendly.”

“I used to go to this pharmacy until I moved, due to the reviews & the experience didn’t disappoint. I moved a little further, not by much, but enough distance to where it was rough dragging all my boys into target lol. Went to different cvs; the one on big bend. As soon as I had dosage changes with controlled substances, I understood the need for speaking with doctor etc. as I know the regulations and history behind why this is done. Except when it happens, the different pharmacists tell you and your doctor what they need in order to fill it, then that’s not enough because another pharmacist isn’t aware of what my doctor was told, then on and on. I felt so judged and even my doctor did, and I have been delayed a prescription that yes is controlled, but dosage changes happen. I was left a disgusting recording 2 days ago, then today told they won’t be filling my prescriptions due to too many changes after my doctor successfully spoke with them clarifying; they did this immediately after my bad review. Funny.
Anyways. I called this location telling them to review notes from the other one on what occurred, was up front about the medication, history, and they read the other locations notes and professionally indicated it was essentially a mess and huge spiderweb of miscommunication. They were so overly helpful, didn’t judge at all, and simply stated they’re going to figure this mess out for me. It was during rush hour time where they are super busy and they still took the time to do this. Absolutely worth dragging my kids in after work lol or on lunch break.”
“All good. The freshly made food from the kitchen is great. Give it a try. Convenient, fresh and quick. I'm knocking one star off because they need to get the various fountain beverages figured out, especially the frozen drinks.”
“I should’ve grabbed his name, but there’s a white guy there with glasses on and he’s taller. The man is very very knowledgeable. I was looking for a diuretic which is basically a water pill to help me cut weight and I looked forever and there’s so many medicines at Walgreens I thought nobody was gonna be able to help me find it either and he knew right where It was off the top of his head like nothing. I bet he could find you anything in that store. I can almost guarantee it. He’s really nice too. I always see him in there on nights. Has an amazing attitude as well just wanted to take a minute to brag on him.”
“Sulphur Springs location is a perfect location. The pharmacy staff are always friendly and accommodating no matter how extremely busy they are. It’s like visiting your neighbor.”
“Bought a car wash pack for a discount because I wanted to wash the salt off my car. My car was very dirty and it washed it moderately well. Not too clean not too dirty. But honestly this is what you want from an automatic car wash. If they are too harsh it can scratch the car. I was mostly going because I wanted to wash the salt off the under side of my car and it did well. For the price the 3 car wash deal was exactly what i wanted.”
“Renee' is consistently friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. She's the reason I'll go out of my way to shop at 14400 Clayton Rd, Ballwin. I very much appreciate that management at this CVS still employs humans--and Renee' is stellar with customer service.”
“I came through the pharmacy drive through to pick up medication I had been waiting ALL day for. I felt sick and uncomfortable. There was confusion with insurance and who to bill and Jason (the pharmacist) was SO BEYOND KIND. He worked with me and stayed patient as we figured everything out. He is so good at his job and customer service. I am not the kind of person to get upset at workers for a situation out of everyones control but had I been, he was de-escalating the situation with such kindness and humility. He validated my feelings and problem solved quickly. I was crying because I felt sick and just needed the medicine and he made a sticky situation easier to go through. Thank you Jason for being so kind and patient!! I hope you always find matching socks and that your pillow is cool on both sides every night!”
