“I was at the store approximately 30 minutes before closing and store staff, including the cashier, Riley S., was beginning to clean the store. As soon as I approached the check-out station, Riley S. immediately stopped cleaning the floor and quickly walked over to process my purchase. I was greeted warmly and was assisted efficiently. “The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
