The younger gentleman in the paint department, at the Ballwin location, was so incredibly kind and helpful! He was knowledgeable and offered us salient advice for our painting project. I didn't catch his name, but he should definitely be commended on a job well done.

I came in close to closing one night and was looking for advice to run a water line. There was younger fellas that works in the paint department that went out of his way to help me out and told me he was going to school to be an electrician. Super friendly guy and very knowledgeable about many things not just paint.

while I don't suppose there's anything WRONG with Lowe's , the layout is confusing and it always seems barren of any employees able or willing to assist. when you do find someone sometimes comes off as a bother asking them for help. for me, the consistent choice is home Depot
