“Nice guys I didnt have my truck worked on there as its a old work truck didnt want to drop 8k into but did have our in-house mechanic fix what they said was wrong with a lift took 4hrs to fix thats removal of the cab parts and reinstall im assuming they go by book hrs. Would i recommend them? Yes I would very professional but couldn't forsee spending 8k on my old beater if it was newer and nicer yes I would have used them ?”

They told me bring it back and they’ll get it taken apart and fixed. No hassling no blame game just good honest folk that stand behind their work. “Took my car around a few places for quotes to replace some ball joints, tierod ends and axles. These guys won the pricing. I dropped it off, they noticed my axle seal was also damaged and offered to replace that too (which I approved). They had my car turned around very quickly, at an excellent price. My car no longer has the shake on acceleration, and it's all back to normal again. Really great service, and great price.”
“Very friendly and helpful. Service moves quick and they are thorough. For example, very few places I have visited in the past for oil changes took the time to reset the indicator, especially on my older Malibu, which requires pumping the brake pedal a certain number of times after turning on the car. At Rider's, as soon as they pulled the car around, I saw the mechanic do this. It is an archaic way to reset something and not obvious to anyone unless they have worked with this model before AND care enough to actually do it. I really appreciated that.”

Although they were fully booked, not surprising because they are a high-quality shop, they told me to go ahead and bring the trailer right away and they would squeeze us in.
Not only did they squeeze us in, but they resolved all of our Issues within less than an hour, and then we were back on the road again fully functioning
The cost was extremely reasonable as well. The staff was all so very friendly and helpful and customer focused.
