But that said, I came here for the first time today and I absolutely adored Rachel the manager. She's charismatic, charming and she knows what she's doing and manages the employees well. The Nissan dealer recommended I start using Jiffy Lube versus Valvoline because Pennzoil doesn't recycle oil. Hopefully the oil won't burn as easily now but at least now if I have to get my oil changed a lot w Rachel it can be an enjoyable experience”

I had a relatively minor accident and it was my first time taking my car to ‘the shop.’ After a quick inspection of my car, I was given an estimate and I was talked through the procedures of what needed done and the specific costs.
