“So I have had difficulty moving my landline to a cellular line… It is a long, horrible story! But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.”

Their customer service rep took the time to make sure that we found the correct harnesses to fit my jeep. He then placed an order for me and sent them to me for free! Extremely helpful & great company to buy from!”

“It's always fun. There is one guy that is not friendly at all! He's usually at the sunshine locale but haven't seen him the last two times so maybe that's been rectified. I never saw him be friendly to anyone. The rest of them are super friendly and helpful. It's an entertaining way to spend an hour or two. Their chairs are soo comfortable!”

“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

“After 4 years of highly dependable performance of my home theater/internet system (installed by SCS Entertainment), I completely lost my internet connection recently. I contacted Mark at SCS in Springfield (one hour north of my home) at 9 am. He immediately arranged for a great tech (Zak) to come to my home, arriving at 12:30 pm. What fantastic service. Zak quickly had me back up and running and while here also updated my Control4 software, reprogrammed a remote for me, and made other productive tweaks to my home system. I highly recommend SCS Entertainment for their expertise in home theater systems and their service commitment to their clients.”

“I never liked going into this store. The people were just sales people with no real personality. Today however I had to go in and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Chance J was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable, big personality, helpful, patient. He helped 3 customers at the same time with such professionalism. All of us customers actually socialized while he was selling 2 of us phones and setting them up and another came in to pay her bill. Chance was outstanding and you definitely do not see employees like him anywhere. If I have to go back into the store I will call ahead to see if he is working. Crickett, you have a keeper .”

“I’ve moved a lot and have never had a good experience going into a phone store. However my phone wasn’t working and I had to go in to get it upgraded. Corey at the Nixa location helped us and made the process stress free even though we kept running into issue after issue with the device. He was a straight shooter, first time I had been to a store and not given a runaround. We even left and had ran into another issue and when we came back he immediately jumped back in to help assist. Definitely would go out of the way just to go to this location if I ran into any other issues.”
“90% of items are more expensive than other places, but the staff is super friendly and they have more stuff than you would think a school bookstore would have. (Like Nintendo Switch controllers and skateboards !) You can use your student account/scholarships to buy stuff here. All you need is a photo ID and your student number.”

I moved during my lease and they came to move my washer/dryer set from Marshfield to Springfield for me free of charge. I think they’re the best rent to own place to work with in Springfield area.”
