“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

“After 4 years of highly dependable performance of my home theater/internet system (installed by SCS Entertainment), I completely lost my internet connection recently. I contacted Mark at SCS in Springfield (one hour north of my home) at 9 am. He immediately arranged for a great tech (Zak) to come to my home, arriving at 12:30 pm. What fantastic service. Zak quickly had me back up and running and while here also updated my Control4 software, reprogrammed a remote for me, and made other productive tweaks to my home system. I highly recommend SCS Entertainment for their expertise in home theater systems and their service commitment to their clients.”

“90% of items are more expensive than other places, but the staff is super friendly and they have more stuff than you would think a school bookstore would have. (Like Nintendo Switch controllers and skateboards !) You can use your student account/scholarships to buy stuff here. All you need is a photo ID and your student number.”

“This is one of the best, best buys I've been too! When I came in months ago to shop for a TV the agent took his time was honest and helped me pick a TV that fit my needs and I left happy. The next time I had a issue with my iPad (not a shocker it's apple ?) and they took it and sent it in, apple didn't fix it the first time and you guys were helpful and honest and got it sorted and finally got it sorted and left happy! Sent a family member in to pick up an order for an upgrade and instead they slammed the account with a brand new line and changed the account password. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service and still have to make a return trip to send the device back in then replace a whole new upgrade order again. Not mad, just disappointed that a rep would put their own financial interests over that of a customer. All he had to do was just hand the device to her and complete the upgrade, instead he added a new line and canceled the trade in.”
