“I lived here for a year and I gotta say this place was great. Maintenance was the best I ever have seen at an apartment complex extremely fast. Very quick to reply about any noise complaints as well. Pool is very nice and the dwelo stuff was very convenient. When I moved out they paid the whole deposit back and gave us our prorated rent without hesitation this is unheard of for me in a complex they usually try and nickel and dime you on the way out. If i had to list some negatives the gym needs new equipment the parking can be tough to find a spot and neighbors can be noisy and barking dogs you can hear through the walls. But the staff was always taking my noise complaints very seriously and responded very quick. So why did I move out the rent was raised significantly after 1 year and I would not be able to afford the payments anymore. But if you have the income this place is a great choice.”
“I’ve lived in these apartments approximately 2.5mths. Perhaps I should give this review more time, but I honestly don’t have any major negative complaints. From my experience, maintenance requests are answered in less than 24hrs, my neighbors are friendly, leasing office staff are professional & friendly and I love the prices. I can only give 4 stars because anytime you call the leasing office, they NEVER answer (pet peeve). So, send an email. They’ll email you back within 2-5mins. Parking can get full, but with a front/back entrance to your building, I don’t find it to be that much of a hassle.
Disclaimer: we did have a night of random car break-ins, but haven’t heard anything since. Personally, I think the area is nice and surrounded by essential shopping stores.”
“The community is peaceful as has good facilities. The leasing staff has been very friendly and made our move in process a seamless experience. Our unit has good ventilation and the ward is spacious. I like this community and would recommend any one looking for a rental.”
“I haved lived in Villa Medici for 3 years and sadly had to leave for work. It is Johnson Counties hidden gem. It's gated, peaceful and safe. Many amenities and perfect location. I'll probably never find another. A true sanctuary. Ask for JJ or Alice and they will take care of you!! Great neighbors at VM too. Everyone looks out for on another.”

The property is stunning with so many restaurants, etc within walking distance. A great place to call home.”

“Office staffer Reggie helpful.maintance man took care of pluged toilet. First 2 calls were not even recorded until I went to the office and he wrote up the work order,then they came within 30 to 40 min. The maint.recording liine is unanswered and worthless with no reurn calls or text.
