Sarah has been incredible when following up with me and has pointed me in the right direction. The maintenance team is equally incredible—when my apartment had a slight issue, Travis showed up in under 30 minutes and resolved it immediately. Everyone here is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. It is rare to find a management team that cares this deeply about their residents, and their hard work truly makes this place feel like home. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and care the staff puts into this community!”

Although my Family decided to set me up a place in their home, Valerie worked effortlessly to get me into what I needed. “My husband lives in this apartment for almost 5 years. I just moved last October from Philippines to live with him. The staff has been very friendly and their service is fast when we process the legal terms moving here. Since I lived in a tropical country its not easy to adjust the weather but the apartment gives me warm comfort. Our apartment has a nice view and we are close to a lot of stores.”
“The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. In my experience maintenance issues are resolved quickly and completely. The complex is well kept up. I particularly appreciate the new exterior lighting and speed bumps which were recently added. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I am very satisfied with my many years' experience at the Village.”

“I recently toured RM West at the recommendation of a friend who lived there and loved it for multiple years. I was impressed by the location, buildings, apartments, and amenities. After touring multiple other places, I decided to go ahead and apply and have signed a least to move in October! Although the location is a big part of what “sold” me, I have to shout out Megan! She really took the time to understand my needs and timeline. The tour she took us on was the perfect amount of information - enough but not overwhelming. She greeted all of the residents we passed by and I could tell she had taken the time to get to know each one personally. Looking forward to making this my new home!”

Both management and maintenance were always extremely responsive and quick to help with any issues (very rare). It is by far one of the best apartment complexes in the KC area and I'd 100% recommend it to anyone.”

I lived here for about a year while I was attending college. It is a great location tucked in Westport. They maintain everything well and quickly. Every time I've had an issue with my apartment they come fix it within 3 days. The staff are very nice and helped me with every request I had. Apartments are nice, lots of natural light and great AC. Only thing I say is that, its loud at night due to the bars being nearby but if you dont mind that it's a great place.”

“Not sure how this hotel only has three stars on yelp. Well... I get it. People want to complain that the elevators and the rooms are small. The hotel was built in the early 1900s. Large rooms and large elevators weren't a thing back then. They have a regular sized elevator too.... anyway, our stay in Kansas City was great. Next time we go back, this will be where we stay. I'm terrible with names, so I hope I remembered it right, Candace at check in was great. She was very nice. Explained where things were in the hotel and how valet worked, and even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. The best part was, we asked where a good place to eat would be... well instead of just rambling off a place to eat , she pulled out a list of places that she made on her own. We really appreciated that. The room was great. My wife and I fit perfectly. Enough room for both of our big suitcases, a nice desk to sit at, a decent TV, a nice bathroom with a great shower head. The bed was top notch. Our goal was to get up early and get on with the day and stay out all night having fun... but we found it hard to leave the bed at times. It was just so dang comfy. Great hotel and great people. Fantastic location as well. And decent rates. Oh yeah.... GO CHIEFS”

I’d recommend these lofts solely because of her and what she’s been doing to get them as nice as possible. Couldn’t appreciate it more.”
“I lived here for a year and I gotta say this place was great. Maintenance was the best I ever have seen at an apartment complex extremely fast. Very quick to reply about any noise complaints as well. Pool is very nice and the dwelo stuff was very convenient. When I moved out they paid the whole deposit back and gave us our prorated rent without hesitation this is unheard of for me in a complex they usually try and nickel and dime you on the way out. If i had to list some negatives the gym needs new equipment the parking can be tough to find a spot and neighbors can be noisy and barking dogs you can hear through the walls. But the staff was always taking my noise complaints very seriously and responded very quick. So why did I move out the rent was raised significantly after 1 year and I would not be able to afford the payments anymore. But if you have the income this place is a great choice.”

“What can I say? This place is home! I honestly can't say enough good things about it. I've been here since 2020. It has a very park like setting and I love the fact that it's super pet friendly. Most my neighbors have been here as long as have if not longer. It's Quiet! Often so quiet I forget I have neighbors until I see one in the stairwell. Maintenance is fast. And in all my years I have only had one issue which was promptly taken care of. I feel like the property does a lot to encourage community within its residents. A yearly pool party and various little giveaways and raffles to participate in all year long. If you are someone with children another huge bonus is the property is zoned in the Blue Valley school district. As far as the office staff the ladies are wonderful. Katie, Skylar and Shelley are so friendly and professional and very accommodating if you need any kind of assistance. This was originally supposed to be a temporary move when I got here, and well, they stuck with me now haha :)”
