I got fitted for a 3-piece 1920's-style suit and a shirt, able to customize everything from the buttons to the embroidery thread, all in just over an hour and a half. All materials are top-notch. Luke was very nice, helpful in giving honest feedback from his experience, constructive, and has helped me design a suit I am confident will last my lifetime. Can't wait for the final product!”

Omg, Holly, customer service skills was off the change. She was so polite and very professional. We were talking and she made suggestions on things that I had purchased for my grandchildren. I was so impressed that I told her that I don't see this kind of customer services in young people like her.
I couldn't help myself, I really like her.
I even told her manager that she's was the best. When you have this skills dealing with the public is a plus.

“My mom and I had the best shopping experience with Chris. He was so patient helping me find my sizes and clothes I loved. If I didn’t love something, he would help me look until I found something I was comfortable in. I placed an online order for a size that wasn’t in store. I was accidentally sent the wrong thing and he went WAY above and beyond to fix it on a Sunday at closing time. I will absolutely shop with him again because I have a hard time styling clothes and he’s so helpful and fun to be around.”

“I came in for a suit. Mr. Rance was working. He is a professional stylist in regards to men’s clothing.
I told him what I need and want. He did all the work for me. In and out in a hour. A little more than an hour. I got shoes socks slacks belt two shirts jacket and a tie! Rance did it all.
Thank you Macy’s and to Rance, I will be back.”

“Oak Park Employees wouldn’t honor the 14 day price guarantee and sent me to customer service that then gave me the run around. I went to the Town Center store and they were amazing! So helpful, listened to my crazy story and made it right. I don’t write many reviews but their customer service today earned it. I’ll be sure to shop at this store going forward.”

“I’m blown away by the customer service I received from Alexis and Zac. I purchased online and needed to exchange but didn’t know what size. Alexis brought me multiple styles and sizes to ensure I found the perfect fit. Alexis was wearing a pair of jeans that were so cute on her that I ended up buying another pair. Although the store didn’t have my size they offered to ship and waived the shipping fee to prevent me from paying twice. Honestly, I didn’t think about. It made my experience even more pleasant and anxiety free. Lastly, Zac provided me a card with my sizes in case I ordered online or came back into the store. Unfortunately, I find shopping to be stressful; however, their personalities and honesty made me feel so comfortable that I will definitely be back. Thank you Alexis and Zac! ?”
“I decided to completely overhaul my wardrobe and to buy pieces I know I will enjoy for years. Shopping is NOT my jam and I told the staff that I was anxious. Holy Cow!! So so sweet and helpful! I didn't finish shopping the first day I went back the following day. I was helped by Jacob, Peter, and Elise between the 2 days. Top tier service and kindness all around. There are some shops in this center where the staff are pretty snooty and not welcoming. Not sure what that vibe is about, but I can say that there was none of that in this store!! My favorite piece I bought is the green coat (in picture below). I am going to wear this thing until the sleeves fall off. ?”
“I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! “Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”
