I went to trade my boots in before Xmas there was a black manager kind heavy set. I love her sorry to describe her like that she got me a 9 in my black boots I love her 10 Star I will be back to see her.

One employee Lilly? Lillian? Was very kind to me at this location. She was incredibly knowledgable and patient. Whatever she's getting paid, double it! I wish there were more people in the world like her.
