“I can’t say enough good things about this boutique! The customer service is exactly what you hope for; welcoming, comfortable, and never pushy. Both times we visited, Pam (the owner) was there and created such a warm, inviting experience.
I first went with my mom, who uses a walker, and a few days later brought my aunt. The layout is open and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to move around. My mom was able to navigate the space comfortably, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. What really stood out was how much my mom and aunt loved it. They both spent decades in the fashion industry, so they know quality and good styling, and they genuinely appreciated the boutique’s eye for fashion and the helpful, knowledgeable guidance. While they had fun trying things on, I got to relax on the cutest couch and enjoy the show as they modeled their finds. It truly felt like a fun, stress-free outing for all of us. This boutique really has something for all ages, and the attention to both style and accessibility makes it extra special. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Yesterday I shopped at the cutest boutique, Addie Rose. I love their unique styles and sizes for not only the lucky who are 5’5 and over but also 5’2 littles like myself. The sales associate , who happens to be the manager, Megan, was very friendly, and took the time too help me find exactly what I was looking for my event. The stylist at my favorite boutique, Frankie & Jules, recommended that I visit this “neighbor” boutique. This says a lot to me that a boutique speaks highly of another. And from my understanding the admiration goes both ways. Excellent, quality clothing, both trendy and classic styles, superior customer service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere are reasons why I plan on being a return customer to Addie Rose Boutique. Location is clean. It is well lit. All the clothing is displayed attractively. Shelves were well stocked and the display shelf I checked was clean.
Floor was reasonably clean.
All the staff was very helpful.
I picked three dress shirts that have a bit of stretchiness to them. They have quickly become my go to dress shirts to wear with my Canali suits.”
“Bought some pants online went to the store to exchange them. I was surprised at how busy the place was at 11:00am on a Saturday and there were only three people working. The employee with the cute black square glasses was super sweet and helpful even in the middle of all the busyness. She was remembering and talking with all the customers like they were old friends and very attentive to their needs. I even commented on how busy it was and she suggested i come back during the week when its a little quieter if i prefer a more calm atmosphere. Not only that when she checked me out she was able to do my returns and my new jeans in a very convenient and fast paced i was impressed and she was singing (very good singer). Kudos to the girl in the cute black square glasses and good singer.”
“First Old Navy I've been to that was so organized. The dressing room staff (red headed young lady with glasses) was incredibly helpful. She even ran and grabbed my daughter the next size up in jeans so I wouldn't have to leave her alone.”

“During my visit, Debra and Julie were so helpful with assisting me in finding my right size of clothing. I spent over an hour in the store trying on different pieces to find the right fit, and these women helped me exceptionally. They helped give me feedback on the way an item was designed to fit and how it looked on me and always brought me extra sizing options to choose from when one item didn't fit like we thought it should. I am so thrilled with my new clothes and am so thankful Debra and Julie were so patient with me. The selection of items this store provided was very good, it was clean and organized, and I definitely recommend this location!”

I am not a huge fan of shopping but the women at Scout and Mollys simplified the process and made my experience efficient and enjoyable. “I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! “Burlington is a great place to find household items, gifts, and everything in between. The store may get a bit messy because it's popular, but it's always clean. Customer service is usually great. I ran a couple of errands and decided to go into Burlington. It turned into an uncomfortable experience shortly after I walked through the door. The store closes at 11, I walked in at 10:39 already planning on a real quick run through, which I made crystal clear when initially asked if I needed anything by a blonde woman who appeared to be the manager. I was the only customer in the store and she approached me multiple times. I was trying to look at jewelry for my mother, beauty products for a friend, etc; she followed me around to ask if I needed anything two more times. As she was trying to rush me and disguise it as customer service, she was also being counterproductive by making my trip take longer than I had planned. While I was in the household section, I hear her on the handheld radio announcing my presence and previous locations. Getting a head count would make sense for a closing manager, but adding the departments I had been previously in only further shows she was following me around. I reassured her co-worker that I was almost done. That lady and the cashier were as nice as can be. I was in the store for about 15 minutes, which would have been less had the manager been professional.”
“I decided to completely overhaul my wardrobe and to buy pieces I know I will enjoy for years. Shopping is NOT my jam and I told the staff that I was anxious. Holy Cow!! So so sweet and helpful! I didn't finish shopping the first day I went back the following day. I was helped by Jacob, Peter, and Elise between the 2 days. Top tier service and kindness all around. There are some shops in this center where the staff are pretty snooty and not welcoming. Not sure what that vibe is about, but I can say that there was none of that in this store!! My favorite piece I bought is the green coat (in picture below). I am going to wear this thing until the sleeves fall off. ?”
“Oak Park Employees wouldn’t honor the 14 day price guarantee and sent me to customer service that then gave me the run around. I went to the Town Center store and they were amazing! So helpful, listened to my crazy story and made it right. I don’t write many reviews but their customer service today earned it. I’ll be sure to shop at this store going forward.”

“They have a nice selection of clothing, shoes and home goods. Things sell fast, so if you like it, snag it up. I missed out on a great tv pillow, but gained a nice, functional ottoman woth storage. The staff was friendly during both visits as well. Will definitely return.”
