“Stopping at the post office is usually a chore on my list of things to get done, but I almost always leave this post office with a smile on my face. I have to drive out of my way a bit, since it’s off my usual commute a bit, but do as much as possible. There is usually not a long line, and the staff there is efficient and friendly. My favorite is the lady named Billie, with pretty purple tinted hair. She has always been very kind and patient with me, even when I am unsure of what I need or how best to do it. I appreciate this so much and will use this post office over others, whenever I can.”

“J.B was absolutely wonderful in helping my family through the passport application process. He was incredibly patient, kind, and positive throughout the entire experience. He even stayed late to help us! What could have easily been a mundane and stressful process was made completely stress-free thanks to his kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate J.B and the time he took to help our family. He is such a wonderful person and a true asset to the team! And to top things off someone came in with a package that needed to be mailed, and although the retail side of the post office was closed he stayed after our appointment to assist them.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Rebecca at the Indian Creek Post Office on 107th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. I came in to mail some packages and honestly had no idea what I was doing when it came to getting everything taped up and ready to ship. Rebecca was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. While we were chatting, I mentioned that one of the packages contained glasses for my daughter. Rebecca went above and beyond by sharing a list of companies where she had purchased some really nice designer-style glasses. I thought that was such a thoughtful and helpful gesture. Rebecca was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in her work. She made what could have been a stressful experience quick and easy. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Rebecca, for your outstanding help!”

“This was my first time here, and I showed up at the last minute. I hate doing that to people. Veronica that works the front counter was still as nice as could be, and was even smiling and laughing with me. I look forward to coming back. Thanks Veronica!”

“I was a bit nervous going here because of the reviews, but the service here was great! No line so I got in quick and sent some packages that had prepaid shipping labels. I was worried they could possible be over the weight limit, but they were fine! The guy working there gave me a receipt and it was so simple and quick.”

“Fantastic service today especially after a horrible experience at the Martin City USPS. I am willing to bet you all are so busy because other offices just keep sending us to you. The blonde lady was running the line with pro efficiency getting us all through the line quickly with no stress. My thanks to both the ladies running it today. Kind, Fast, amazing. you guys know how to do it!”
