First and foremost, the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled. They didn't just fix the immediate problem; they performed a thorough check, swiftly and accurately diagnosing my primary concern—a brake problem—as well as other issues they found. Most importantly, they were very honest. They took the time to clearly relate to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, ensuring I understood the necessary repairs without any technical jargon or pressure. This is truly appreciated.
They were also incredibly efficient. They completed the repairs and had my car ready well before the promised time, which was a nice surprise and shows their commitment to excellent service.

When I called Century Tire & Auto Service, I spoke with Devin on the phone. She was, by far, the most helpful person I spoke with all day. She informed that the tire I was requesting was an usual tire and they didn't have any in stock. She let us know we could order but we wanted one ASAP. She was kind enough to suggest nearby locations that would be able to help. I wish more Tire Service shops had someone as helpful as Devin!”

“This rating is strictly for their amazing customer service. I made an appointment in store for 4 tires replaced. On the appointment date I was met outside and greeted pleasantly. Unfortunately my TPM was damaged during Install. They ordered a new part and put it on for me within a few days. They even through in a free pair or windshield wipers. Unfortunately.....they forgot to take the plastic off the wipers so here I am driving wondering why i can't see and there was another error. I believe you can teach skills and task but customer service is a great gift which they have. I cannot say for sure if I'll go back due to these 2 issues but applaud all their efforts.”

“I found RNR online after going to several tire stores who gave me higher quotes, and couldn't get the tires in stock quickly.
RNR was reasonbly priced, got the tires the next day and put them on quickly.
Steph and Eric were friendly and very efficient.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires, and will buy from them again.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. My car was stressing me out. Although most of my issues was due to me allowing a problem to continue until it got worse. I'm still happy with the end results. They had my car up and running within a day. Mark at the front was super patient and understanding. They were actually cheaper than others in the surrounding area and i needed alot done. They even gave me free roadside and towing valid for 6 months. They are my go to shop now, lol...Thanks so much!!!! I recommend Robinwood Auto to all!”
“Had a starting problem on 2017 edge had it towed to steger because they accept carshield even if car shield did not pay for most of the part labor it was still in my range to cover. They where quick in fixing my starter also I never had any shop top off my windshield fluid never but they did in my book that's a plus FIVE STARS”

After the friendly, honest and excellent service the first time I’ve returned for anything from oil changes, repairs, emissions and maintenance. There’s never any hidden charges, they talk through your needs and have reasonable prices. Highly recommend! Female customer friendly!”

free rotations and balancing for the tires purchased there so after the initial installation fee, rest of maintenance included”
