Overall, a very good stay. The people here are great, the room was clean, the parking lot is well-lit, and the free breakfast was better than most. However, management really needs to clean the carpet right outside the third-floor elevator. It's heavily stained and looks like greasy trash bags were dragged through. Fix that issue, and it's a stellar property!”

“Check in was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. This was only of the only hotels that had a room thats allowed 5 (2 adults & 3 kiddos). Other hotels make you get 2 (crazy). Water was HOT, water pressure was PHENOMENAL! Walls were sound proofed to no one had to hear the baby scream at 3am (thank God). Beds were super comfy. 10/10 recommend, oh and the price was great especially with how nice of a hotel it is!”

“On April 18 I was visiting a friend at the location in blue springs mo. I understand that I had to check in with the office. That was just fine with me but when I went into the office I seen a note to call for assistance. I called the number 3-4 times and no one answered, it was only 9ish pm then I got tired of no answer so I just went up to my friend’s room on the 3rd floor. When she opened the door asked if I checked in at the office because she didn’t want any problems. I told her what happened so she tried to call. She got the same response. When we started to the office my friend noticed she was out side 302 room. So we stood outside and called her again that’s when we noticed that she just looked at her phone and not answered. Later that night as I was leaving I seen her and some guy out front of the office. I noticed they both were drinking and even heard her ask who I assume was another guest if she wanted a pickle shot. That person said no and walked away. I know this wasn’t the lady that’s been there any other time so I didn’t know who to talk to about this problem”
