I really was very surprised at the professionalism, competency, and kindness they both showed us as usually, I have experienced the opposite with other post office staff at other locations.They made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. We would come to this location again to receive this type of exceptional quality of service they each provided us.”

“We went "walk in" to get Passport renewed for my daughter, All post offices in Bay Area need Appointment, we had filled online application, he did a great job to complete our process within 10 minutes. Customers/applicants please fill your online application, have photos & copies of documents for expedite the process.Carry debit card, cheque or cash. Hope this helps.BTW for adult applicants who doesn't have appointments, please visit post office on Lawrence & Arques, They allow walk-ins . Thank you.”
