“Kristal and Kelly are always super nice and very helpful. We have had at least a year of our postal delivery person, who refuses to deliver our entire neighborhood of mail (I’m not kidding). Long story short, I have gotten to know Kristal pretty well, since I have to drive to get my packages… and who doesn’t order everything online these days, so you can imagine how annoying this is. Kristal is always helpful and finally came up with a solution for us! It took some teamwork, including Bridget, but I am so thankful to hopefully see some light at the end of the tunnel! Our entire neighborhood is so thankful!!! Problems can happen, but when solutions happen- those should be recognized! Thank you!!!”

“The Greenwood office is my favorite post office by far. The people there are always so friendly and nice and they always take care of you. I've walked into other post offices like in Lee's Summit and they're not that way. So kudos to Greenwood post office!”
“Just want to give a BIG shout out to Colgan and my carrier! I had a package that was stalled in Olathe and as soon as Colgan found out about the problem he was on it and got it fixed fast! I don't know my carrier's name but I also want to thank him for carrying that 40 lb package to my front porch LOL great job guys!”

“The few times I've gone into this post office I've had good service from the same lady each time. I have mailed a few large envelopes and small bubblers for my Grandpa and she was helpful in letting me know how my envelopes needed to be sealed in the future so they wouldn't get ripped by the machines (you need to tape down the flap vs using the brad pin). She also let me know how I could ship one of my packages cheaper through media mail vs. first class or priority. As for my mail, it is always on time and in my box usually around noon or one. I've not had any issues with mail not being delivered to my box and my postal worker often goes above and beyond in making sure packages to big for the box after safely tucked into the porch. When I have ordered live aquatic plants and fish she had even made sure they were safely in my cool garage (if it was open) or in a shady spot on the porch. All and all pretty happy with my service.”
“I had such a positive experience getting my passport here! The ladies who helped me were so helpful, patient, and full of energy at 9am on a Wednesday. They made me feel welcomed and attended to the moment I walked in the door. We had lovely conversation and the process was so speedy and convenient. Also I HIGHLY recommend getting your photo done here as well. They did AMAZING with the photo!!!”

“I was a bit nervous going here because of the reviews, but the service here was great! No line so I got in quick and sent some packages that had prepaid shipping labels. I was worried they could possible be over the weight limit, but they were fine! The guy working there gave me a receipt and it was so simple and quick.”

“I used completely did self service. Dropped off stamped mail, bought more postage and international postage via the automated machine inside lobby. It was easy to use. I was in and out in 5 minutes.”
