“I have been a loyal customer of Goodyear in Blue Springs for over 20 years, relying on them for numerous tire purchases, oil changes, brake services, and more.During my recent visit for an oil change and various filter replacements on my RAM 2500 diesel truck, I appreciated their clear communication. The staff is adept at explaining necessary services while being equally transparent about what isn't needed. For instance, the mechanic inspected my brakes and assured me they were in good condition, advising against unnecessary brake pad replacements or servicing.I would highly recommend them!”

“The very first time I went to DT was in TX. I had a Mazda CX-9. A dummy tire was on and needed to be replaced. Then they try to sell me on other things, etc etc. Fast forward, I'm on the highway and the dummy tire goes FLYING. Im glad it didn't hit another car. I ended up calling DT to reiterate and get some kind of resolution with the issue. They proceeded to tell me it's not their fault and I should speak to them in a more respectful tone, and hung up. Called back and they proceeded to degrade and cuss me out. I told myself, I would never go back to DT, again. This was in 2014-2016, or so. Here we are, 2024. I ended up getting a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Multiple people told me to go to DT. Not going to lie. I sat on it until the day before my road trip...for the life of me, didn't want to put myself through another DT situation. Luckily everyone at DT were accommodating, respectful and honest, gave me all the necessary info I needed to know. Updates on the tire, what they found etc. I could tell they weren't trying to tell me a little white lie to try and sell me a "new" tire for something that's patchable. My thoughts have definitely changed with DT. I was already planning on getting some new tires after my return from my road trip..and I'm definitely going to get them from DT.”

“Rodney, over in the diesel shop, is definitely an asset to this company. Being a mechanic and electrician myself, I occasionally have inquiries about specific components, theory and operation including troubleshooting on my diesel Colorado. He is always willing to listen and offer ideas. When all else fails and I have to take it to the shop, he provides personalized care and where possible, the best advice for the most economical repair. I'll continue to patronize this place for this reason.”

“I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who was at the front desk, but he is an absolute joy to work with. I had a tire that kept leaking air but I'm traveling 100 miles one way, twice a week, to take care of a family member in hospice. I had just gotten back into town after my 24-hour shift (I still work an FT job and have 3 young kids at home), and I was so tired but knew this needed to be taken care of. I was trying to explain that it was my passenger-side front tire and I kept saying driver-side, left....getting it all wrong. The gentleman at the desk never made me feel dumb, but VERY PATIENTLY helped me tell him what tire it was. I really appreciate the kindness and patience he showed when I was literally a complete mess. That kind of customer service earns customers for life and I sure hope Firestone knows how lucky they are to have someone like that being the face that handles customers.”
